I was getting a lot of valueless spam from people commenting just to get on the list. The people I really want to reward are those leaving comments because they had something to say, not a product to promote.To combat this, you must have posted at least 3 comments in the current month to qualify.

You may also remix works within reason. I'm cool with you adjusting the filters on any picture I've taken, but please don't "edit" my content and post it as your own.
