Be careful when making it into tea, it contains a poison called thujone. I think that's how it's spelled. Sage also contains this same poison. I don't think it's a huge issue, just be careful everyone. One more positive thing about yarrow is that it's a powerful insect repellent. Crush it up fresh and rub it on to keep the bugs away, or make a tincture with yarrow and some strong alcohol. Crush up the yarrow and put it in a mason jar. Cover it with some 100 proof vodka. Let it sit for six weeks, strain out the yarrow and you have natural and exremely effective bug spray. The Army did a study on this very potion and found it to be more effective than deet. Beware though, it's flammable when first applied--don't apply it near the camp fire.

One note here about yarrow. I am glad to have found this as our family really is seeking out natural solutions for our home and life. We all love the Vidazorb chewable probiotics since they helped our little boy so much with his allergies and Eczema, Now both of our children take the kids Vidazorb and I take the OPC daily age defense. We are really hoping they help us with all kinds of great things and as it pertains to your article....boosting our immunities! I will keep your list handy just in case of course- thanks so much :)

Oh wow thanks so much!
