Pepper jam, whatever next! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the title of this post. Unbelievable. I never would have believed it possible if I hadn’t seen the photos that accompany this inspiring post. Perfect for St Patrick’s day and also Halloween.

Green peppers are one of my fave vegetables and I always plant a bunch in my garden. Never made jam before, but now I feel inspired to give it a try! Thanks for the recipe.

I like eating foods with a lot of pepper. But this is the first time I encountered a jam made of pepper. This is absolutely a very unique recipe. I just wonder how this pepper jam taste. I’ll check the grocery stores if they are selling like this one. I really wanna have a taste of it. lol

Hi Josh! I’ve never heard of pepper jam before and this is the first time I’ve know that even peppers can be made into jam. From the way you described it, I think it must be really tasty. I’d love to try this, I like experimenting when it comes to cooking.

It is tough to describe… If I had to try to, I suppose I’d say that it’s similar to what I imagine a bite of bell pepper with some sugar on top might taste like. Which, I realize, does not make it sound appetizing at all… But, trust me, it is!

It’s quite sweet and with has a nice tang to it. Goes well with savoury dishes. I’m terrible at describing flavours, but it’s like a sweet sweet pepper, would definitely recommend you give it a go at least once.
